- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all factory seals, protective films, charging cables, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a fan that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items missing original components, products showing signs of physical drops, water damage, or electrical burnout due to improper charging cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our technical team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned item.
